You’ve made a fantastic choice to improve the mental health and wellbeing of your vets. VetCheck 24/7 is the vet nurse triage service trusted by practices across Australia and New Zealand.

Let's get you started!

There is some important information we require to set your practice up on the VetCheck 24/7 and Medechat platform ready for our vet nurses to assist your clients seamlessly. Please fill in this form and submit it as soon as possible.

Clinics linked and sharing one call log account must have:

  • • one nominated point of contact for all clinics (i.e all comms, roster changes etc to be communicated via this person)
  • • the same after hours instructions and fees
  • • all after hours prepayments taken sent to one nominated account

Please submit 1 set-up form only.

Clinics linked but not sharing the one call log account:

• Can have unique information for each clinic

Please submit a set-up form for each clinic.

Clinics that have other practices do their after hours that are not with VetCheck 24/7:

We will still refer to your clinics after hours instructions/fees but we can not have separate fees/instructions listed for these other clinics.

Our team will get your practice set-up ready for us to take calls on your behalf. You will be contacted by these members of the team and your Clinic Support Manager will let you know when it's time to move on to Step Two of the process.

Communicating After Hours Vet Rosters

Please email current month rosters to clinicsupport@vetcheck247.com.au at least 3 days before the end of the previous roster.

Please let us know in advance if you will be closed for area specific public/bank holidays.
